    Canfield and team recognize that, when it comes to the technology out there, consumers have an overwhelming number of options to choose from, which can lead to confusion and frustration. It’s why he’s made education a top-priority for his own team, so they can go into a client meeting with the expertise and understanding needed to provide that top-notch experience.

    In their brief existence, TEK-IT has expanded to offer services that cover home automation, lighting and shades, home theater, multiroom entertainment, and more. And they’ve supported customers across a range of needs, from simple television mounts to complete home automation systems.Recently, the company completed a massive $675k project on an 8,500 square-foot home that included Control4 lighting, a custom theater with star lighting in the ceiling, Lutron shading and a full home audio system.     Canfield has built a strong reputation in a short period of time by taking a customer-centric approach to each and every client interaction. TEK-IT start by offering cost-free evaluations done in the customer’s home in order to get the most-accurate and detailed scope of work prior to offering a project estimate. From there, the client will hear back from their team within 24 hours, and work can begin in the week or two after. Once complete, TEK-IT offers one-year limited warranties as well as extended maintenance plans to ensure their customers receive long-term care for their systems.
