Member Spotlight: Apex Home Automation

Founded in 2020 and serving the booming Phoenix, Arizona, market, Apex Home Automation specializes in seamlessly integrating all of the technologies and systems that make up today’s smart home. With so many options available, Apex prides itself on being the expert that their clients turn to, to cut through the noise and find the options that fit their lifestyle and their home. From whole home automation, to lighting and AV, to a single piece of equipment, Apex Home Automation works with their clients to deliver the results they are looking for.

For Apex Home Automation, it’s about more than just the quality of the project itself, though. The family-owned company pays an exceptional amount of attention to the level of customer service it provides throughout the entire installation process. Their goal, they say, is to provide a high-quality, well-designed, efficient, personalized home or commercial system that aligns with and enhances” their client’s daily life.

With a few years of experience under their belt, the four-person Apex team was looking for ways to take their business to the next level. That’s when Co-Owner Tony Baker turned to Oasys Residential Technology Group.

“We thought joining Oasys would be a great opportunity to grow and expand our business,” Baker says. “Aligning with the group and taking advantage of all the vendor programs allows us to be more competitive and generate higher profit on every project. It’s about more than just that though. We also hope to learn how other A/V companies are operating and being successful.”

And they’re already able to capitalize on what the group has to offer. On a recent, average-sized project for their firm, Apex helped a client achieve their ideal shading outcome, installing six motorized outdoor Sen Shades from Screen Innovations. Bringing the project into the home automation age, Apex also installed a Troy.2 to control the shade and integrated them with a Control4 system.
