Well, another Oasys Summit is in the books!
I’m writing this newsletter flying home while all the cool experiences, thoughts, and ideas are still fresh in my mind. If you missed this year’s Summit, you missed out on an amazing time—great experiences, impactful meetings, and some exciting announcements that are already shaping the future of our group.
From the energy in the room during roundtables, to the powerful education sessions and our amazing keynote address from Ryan McCarty, this year’s event in Indy felt like a major leap forward. We welcomed new members, deepened partnerships, and set the stage for even more collaboration across the Oasys community. And of course, we had a lot of fun doing it.
There’s lots to cover this month, so let’s kick things off with a quick recap from the Oasys Summit. We announced three exciting new education initiatives that build on our existing CEDIA online learning program:
- Leaders at Every Level is a two-track program rooted in Stephen Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People“ and Scott Miller’s “Everyone Deserves a Great Manager.” This program typically costs $6,500+, BUT since you’re all Oasys members, your cost is $499! - IntegrateU (Integrateu) is the installation training and onboarding solution you’ve been asking for! IntegrateU offers four separate hands-on training courses: New Technician Training, Project Management Boot Camp, Sales Playbook Experience, and SLAM (Sales, Leadership and Accountability) Experience. We’ll have more information, including exclusive Oasys pricing, as well as a presentation from the IntegrateU team during our June Townhall meeting. Our FIRST New Technician Training class will be at the IntegrateU headquarters in Richmond VA, the week of August 4-8. I’ll send out a link to register before our town hall meeting next month.
- Lighting Excellence Dojo (LED) is our new hands-on lighting sales, design, and installation program. We’ll be announcing the class schedule in early July.
Next up: Big news on websites and digital marketing
At the Summit, we officially launched our new digital marketing program in partnership with OneShop. This program gives Oasys members access to two powerful tiers—Essentials and Enhanced — designed to help you grow your online presence and drive more business.
Designed exclusively for custom integrators, both tiers include custom brand pages and have options for valuable tools like SEO optimization, paid marketing support, and more.
