Registration has officially opened for the third edition of the Oasys Summit, set to take over the Hyatt Regency in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, May 7-9, 2025. It’s a fitting location for an event and organization that have experienced tremendous growth over the past two years. Indy, known as the Crossroads of America, will serve as the backdrop for what’s anticipated to be the largest and most opportune Oasys Summit to date.
“It feels like we’re approaching an inflection point for our group and with our members as we head towards the end of this year and look ahead to our next Oasys Summit,” says Oasys Director Hank Alexander. “We’ve seen Oasys go through so much change and growth over the past two years. What hasn’t changed is our commitment to providing top-tier programs, education and networking opportunities. The 2025 Oasys Summit in Indy will be another example of that on an even grander scale.”
Planning is well underway for the event, which will feature many of the same important opportunities for members and vendor partners to connect and community-building activities. In addition, Oasys has plans to incorporate unique opportunities only available to the group because of the Oasys Summit being in Indy.
“When we’re in the backyard of some of our most important industry partners and vendors, you better believe we’re going to make sure our members get the opportunity to see and engage with them up close,” says Alexander. “We’d be rude houseguests to just go and invite ourselves over, so details are still being worked on in that respect, but we look forward to some unique experiences while we’re in Indy.”
Indianapolis and the nearby suburbs are home to CEDIA and Premium Audio Company.
For members, Oasys Summit has grown to become one of the more important weeks on their calendars over the years.
“The biggest benefit of being at an Oasys summit is being able to meet and collaborate with dealers throughout the nation,” says Chris Fairchild of Brad’s Home Entertainment. “It’s nice to be able to shake a hand, be able to have a conversation about what you’re doing now, what you’re doing in the future, what you’ve done in the past, and what works and what doesn’t.”
Oasys Summit is a free-to-attend event for members of the group. More details about the event, agenda items and more will be released in the coming weeks, but members can secure their free registration today by visiting the Oasys Summit website.
